- Mr. Vikas Agarwal has 20 years of experience in Road Transport & Logistics sector Industry. He
has been actively involved in the Family logistics business till he started the NBFC business.
Well positioned to understand the complexities of the business and customers while drawing on
the strengths of the Group to implement the strategic direction and growth plan of the Company.
- Qualifications: B.Sc degree in Industrial Management with an additional major in Economics
from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, USA.
Mr. Ramesh Sivaraman
(Independent Director)
- Mr. Ramesh Sivaraman has over 2 decades of experience in NBFC. Serves as CEO of TCI Finance
Limited (listed NBFC). He is also Director in TCI Hi-ways Private Limited and ITAG
Infrastructure Limited.
- Qualifications: Bachelor of Commerce and a member of the ICAI (since 1991)
Mr. Anil Mishra
(Director)
- Anil, Aged 42 years, he is heading our Human Resource Operations and is responsible for
leading HR priorities and developing HR initiatives. In this role, his focus includes aligning
Bhoruka’s People strategy with business objectives, building a culturally aligned and diverse
organization, talent development & management and implementing effective and contemporary HR
policies & systems. Anil has more than 18 years of experience in HR & Administration, his major
achievements are Driving setup of an HR organization for supporting business growth,
Re-organised a system to make it work more efficiently and implementing recognition programs for
employees which has had a great impact on Employee retention
- Qualifications: Master degree in Applied Psychology with Specialization in HRM & OB from VBS
Purvanchal University.
